When we started to decorate our nursery, we struggled to find curtains that were 'just right' - and none of the ready made shop ones were the correct length. I just wanted to say a rather belated thank you to you and your team for a wonderful personal service, fabulous quality goods and excellent customer service. I ordered a pair of curtains for our Nursery at the beginning of December and then sent an email, requesting if possible, that the curtains be delivered before Christmas as the due date for my baby had been brought forward from mid January to the Christmas week. I received a lovely phone call from someone in your office (sorry, I cannot remember exactly who phoned) saying that your team would do their utmost to accomodate my request . Sure enough the curtains arrived before Xmas, as I'd hoped, which was absolutely fabulous because so did my baby! Little baby Charlotte arrived on the 17th December, in all the snow. It may sound daft, but knowing that the Nursery was finished was one less thing to worry about, at a very busy time.
I am sorry it has taken me so long to say thank you properly but I knew I wouldn't forget - I have been singing your praises to all the new mums and mums to be in my group.

I hung the curtains yesterday and they absolutely perfect. We made the mistake of asking our four year old son what colour he would like his room decorated and he wanted stripes! We compromised and painted each wall a different colour, red, green, blue and yellow. The curtains really finish it beautifully, he is very happy!
