Frequently Asked Questions

 

CURTAINS:

Are your curtains quoted as a pair?  Yes, they are.  However, if you would like a single curtain please contact us for a quotation. 

Do you offer interlining as an option?  Yes we do.  At the moment please contact us for a quotation but this will shortly be added as an option when 'building' your curtain order.

 

BLINDS:

Are we able to have a roman blind made with the more traditional wooden baton heading?  Yes, this doesn't affect the price quoted on our website and you must make sure you advise us either by 'phone or in the 'Additional Instruction' which appears as you go through the ordering process.

What does reverse roll mean?  This means that the fabric will pull down from the front of the roller blind, whereas a standard roller blind pulls down from the back and therefore hangs closer to the window. 

 

FABRIC:

Are we able to order fabric only?  Yes, this option is available through 'Fabric Only' on the left hand menu on the website.

I am unsure how much fabric I need, can you help?  Yes of course, please contact us with your measurements and we will be happy to advise.

We are a nursery/school and require the fabric to be FR treated?  That isn’t a problem, we have supplied lots of nurseries and schools.  Please contact us for a quotation - you may need to allow additional time for your order to be delivered.

 

DELIVERY:

What are the lead times for orders?   We generally work on 3-4 weeks for curtains, roman blinds and any other made-to-order items, 2-3 weeks for roller blinds and fabric is despatched within a few days.

Do you ship overseas?  Yes, we do.  If you would like us to forward a quotation, please contact us with details of the items you may wish to order.

What is your delivery charge?  To ensure your order is tracked and arrives safely we despatch via courier @ £5.99 to all UK Mainland address, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly are £17.99, Highlands & Islands @ £15.99 and Channel Islands @ £22.99.  You can opt to send you order via Royal Mail post if it has a value under £10.00.  We are unable to accept any responsibility for ordered posted via Royal Mail.
