Roller Blinds

Our children’s roller blinds can be made using the majority of our fabrics, make-it-safe-logo-high-reswith the exception of voile and applique designs.

New for our roller blinds ……….

We now offer the option to add a decorative braid to your blind and to keep things interesting, we have increased our range of novelty child safety cleats.  They are easy to fit to the wall with one screw and are all hand made and painted in England.

CHILD SAFETY:

Your child’s safety is our absolute priority and therefore we strictly adhere to all the current legislation regarding the chain length, which has breakaway connectors, provided with your blind.  Please click on the ‘Make it Safe’ logo for more information.

We can use a standard lining or, if you prefer, a blackout blind can be made with your choice of cream or white lining.  Our roller blind chains are available in either chrome or white.

If you would like your blind to be ‘reverse rolled’ please specify at the time of ordering.

To accommodate the roller mechanism, a roller blind made to fit inside a recess will have a total allowance of 35mm taken off the cloth size.  For example, a blind to fit a recess of 100cm, the fabric will be 96.5cm wide.  We will make the allowance, so please ensure you supply us with the full recess size.

Please note: Blinds with a finished width greater than 130cm may require the fabric to be joined.  In this instance we would recommend blackout lining.

Installation Height

To ensure the control chain is the correct length for your blind, legislation now requires us to ask for this measurement. This means the control chain will hang no lower than 60cm above floor level. To confirm, the measurement we require is from the floor to where the top of the blind is fitted. This measurement is then used to calculate the length of the chain.

Installation Height is the measurement from the floor to the top of the blind
