Do you price match?
Yes, we do! Please email us details of a quotation you have received elsewhere.
Are your curtains quoted as a pair?
Yes, they are. However, if you would like a single curtain please contact us for a quotation.
Do you offer interlining as an option?
Yes we do. At the moment please contact us for a quotation but this will shortly be added as an option when ‘building’ your curtain order.
How should we clean our curtains?
We recommend dry cleaning for any curtains with a fixed lining. Washing may result in distortion as shrinkage could differ between the face fabric and lining. Unlined curtains may be washed at 30 degrees and ironed with a cool iron. Please note: Applique fabrics must not be washed, even if unlined.
Our lining supplier only recommends GreenEarth by Johnsons the Cleaners. Contact 0870 730 7777 for your local specialist dry cleaner.
How are your Blinds Fitted?
Both roman and roller blinds have universal brackets supplied so can be either face or top fixed. Once the brackets are fitted, the blinds simply clip in and hold securely.
What does reverse roll mean?
This means that the fabric will pull down from the front of the roller blind, whereas a standard roller blind pulls down from the back and therefore hangs closer to the window.
Do you Supply Samples of your Fabrics?
Yes, we recommend that you see a sample of the fabric of your choice before placing your order and are happy to send five free of charge to any address within the UK. If you are in the EU we will make a £3.95 charge, and the rest of the world £5.95. Any Charges for samples are refunded to you once we are in receipt of your order.
Are we able to order Fabric Only?
This option is available through the ‘Fabric Only’ menu on the website.
I am unsure how much fabric I need, can you help?
Yes of course, please contact us with your measurements and we will be happy to advise.
We are a nursery/school and require the fabric to be FR treated?
That isn’t a problem, we have supplied lots of nurseries and schools. Please contact us for a quotation and you may need to allow additional time for your order to be delivered.
What are the lead times for orders?
We generally work on 2-3 weeks for curtains, roman blinds and any other made-to-order items, 2 weeks for roller blinds and fabric is dispatched within a few days.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do. If you would like us to forward a quotation please contact us with details of the items you may wish to order.
What is your delivery charge?
To ensure your order is tracked and arrives safely we dispatch via courier @ £8.99 to all UK Mainland address. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly @ £24.99, Highlands & Islands @ £22.99 and Channel Islands @ £32.99. You can opt to send your order via Royal Mail post if it has a value under £10.00. We are unable to accept any responsibility for orders posted via Royal Mail.
